Job summary

Block 22, LLC, home to the Courtyard Boise Downtown, is seeking a Bistro Food Service Team Member to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role involves food preparation, service, and kitchen support, working closely with front desk staff to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Hours are 6am–2pm; full-time or part-time opportunities are available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more, with hotel discounts for employees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food & beverage preparation, techniques and safety standards preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Food Prep & Cooking: Prepare and cook food to standards.
• Serving & Bartending: Take orders, serve food and beverages.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean kitchen and service area.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff for smooth operations.
• Inventory Management: Stock and manage supplies.
• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, enhancing their experience.
• Compliance: Follow all safety and company guidelines.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
