Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to identify guest preferences and make thoughtful recommendations
  • Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
  • Prepare coffee beverages, specialty drinks, and food items using equipment such as espresso machines and TurboChef ovens
  • Complete all opening, running, and closing side duties according to shift assignments
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout the dining experience and responding to needs promptly
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and present checks in a timely manner
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates; support others as needed
  • Assist in food running and maintain the ability to carry multiple plates
  • Say thank you—use guest names whenever possible and invite them to return
  • Contribute to a fun, energetic work environment while maintaining professionalism

Job Title: Bistro Attendant / Server

Position Summary

As a Bistro Attendant, you are the face of our guest experience—delivering warm, personalized, and efficient service that keeps guests coming back. You’ll craft high-quality drinks and meals, engage with guests, and create a welcoming, upbeat environment. Your goal is to ensure every guest feels valued and leaves with a memorable impression.

Lifting & Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)

  • Must be able to carry multiple plates and trays with balance and efficiency
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as cleaning, food prep, and beverage service
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperature changes
