Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Biscuit Maker to prepare fresh, hot biscuits in accordance with company recipes and safety standards. The role involves collaboration with other food production staff to meet demand while maintaining high quality and compliance with health regulations.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, upholding professional appearance and teamwork, and contributing to a positive guest experience with integrity and hospitality.

• Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures.
• Prepare biscuits to meet business demands without over producing.
• Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment, and floors.
• Assist with other food production personnel as needed.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
• Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures to provide a safe and compliant environment for all.
• Other duties as assigned

Summary of Position

The Biscuit Maker is responsible for preparing fresh, hot, quality biscuits according to company recipes, procedures, and standards with strict adherence to safe food handling procedures, restaurant safety policies and health regulations. Assist other food production personnel as needed.

Essential Duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures.
• Prepare biscuits to meet business demands without over producing.
• Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment, and floors.
• Assist with other food production personnel as needed.

Physical Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work around high temperatures.
• Work around others in close quarters.
• Able to lift 50-75 pounds comfortably.
• Work with various cleaning products.
