• Prepare Fresh Biscuits: Mix, prepare, and bake biscuits according to company recipes and preparation standards.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area: Wash and sanitize cooking utensils, baking trays, pots, pans, and preparation equipment.
• Support the Kitchen Team: Assist other food production team members with food preparation when needed.
• Deliver Great Teamwork and Professionalism: Maintain a positive, cooperative, and respectful working relationship with managers and fellow team members.
• Follow Food Safety and Company Standards: Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.

Job Purpose

In this role, you will prepare fresh, hot, high-quality biscuits using company recipes and procedures while maintaining the highest food safety and cleanliness standards. You’ll play an important part in delivering a great dining experience and supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities & Job Functions

Prepare Fresh Biscuits

• Mix, prepare, and bake biscuits according to company recipes and preparation standards.
• Ensure biscuits are baked fresh and served hot to maintain quality and taste.
• Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and product appearance to ensure consistent results.
• Maintain a steady production pace to meet customer demand while avoiding unnecessary waste or overproduction.

Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area

• Wash and sanitize cooking utensils, baking trays, pots, pans, and preparation equipment.
• Keep baking stations, counters, and preparation areas clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

Support the Kitchen Team

• Assist other food production team members with food preparation when needed.
• Help restock ingredients, supplies, and baking materials during shifts.
• Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Deliver Great Teamwork and Professionalism

• Maintain a positive, cooperative, and respectful working relationship with managers and fellow team members.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ensure personal appearance and uniform meet company standards at all times.

Follow Food Safety and Company Standards
