Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare fresh, hot biscuits using our recipes and to support the kitchen in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You will maintain cleanliness, assist with ingredient restocking, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Fresh Biscuits
• Mix, prepare, and bake biscuits according to company recipes and preparation standards.
• Ensure biscuits are baked fresh and served hot to maintain quality and taste.
• Monitor baking times, oven temperatures, and product appearance to ensure consistent results.
• Maintain a steady production pace to meet customer demand while avoiding unnecessary waste or overproduction.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area
• Wash and sanitize cooking utensils, baking trays, pots, pans, and preparation equipment.
• Keep baking stations, counters, and preparation areas clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Support the Kitchen Team
• Assist other food production team members with food preparation when needed.
• Help restock ingredients, supplies, and baking materials during shifts.
• Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Deliver Great Teamwork and Professionalism
• Maintain a positive, cooperative, and respectful working relationship with managers and fellow team members.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ensure personal appearance and uniform meet company standards at all times.
