Job summary

Hardee's in Southeast Georgia is hiring crew members to prepare fresh biscuits, follow recipes, and deliver great guest service while upholding our standards.

Team members will learn bakery procedures, maintain cleanliness, adhere to safety policies, and support fellow staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures.
• Prepare biscuits to meet business demands without over producing.
• Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment and floors.
• Assist with other food production personnel as needed.
• Represent WIV Restaurants, LLC as a professional in every aspect of performance.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Recognize and adhere to sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
