Job summary

The Little Gym International is seeking friendly, energetic staff to lead and assist birthday parties and events for children. You will deliver engaging activities based on our curriculum while ensuring a welcoming, safe, and fun environment for kids and families.

Weekend availability is a must, and you’ll help create memorable experiences that families want to book again. Experience with children and a positive, can-do attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be energetic, friendly, and engaging with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist birthday parties and events based on the curriculum.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun, educational environment for children and families at each party.
• Weekend availability is required.
