Job summary

The Little Gym International in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking energetic individuals to help run Birthday Parties and special events. You will lead activities, assist with events, and ensure a fun, educational experience for children and their families.

You’ll join a team that values outstanding customer service, community engagement, and flexible scheduling, with parties typically held in the afternoons and evenings. Training is provided, and tips from parents are possible.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!).
• Manage grassroots community events and drive membership sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our customers like family here.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children and Families at each party.
