Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology industries.
• Experience as a Validation Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of upstream equipment and processes like fermenters and bioreactors.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Experience in Design Documentation, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for equipment and processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for validation requirements.
• Analyze validation test results and prepare reports.
• Identify deviations or non-conformances during validation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to validation.
