Job summary

BrainChild Bio is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations to lead forecasting, external manufacturing coordination, supplier management, and logistics for clinical programs and internal research.

This role serves as the primary business partner across BrainChild's CDMO network and internal laboratories, ensuring uninterrupted supply, regulatory compliance, and ongoing cost optimization through strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 7+ years in biotech, pharma, or cell therapy supply chains.
• Experience coordinating CDMOs, contractors, and external vendors.
• Experience in supply planning, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of S&OP, MRP, inventory planning, and capacity planning.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and supply planning with internal and external partners.
• Serve as primary liaison with CDMOs, monitor demand, inventory, and material requirements.
• Review procurement plans and mitigate risks related to supply readiness and future demand.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contract service providers, and logistics partners.
• Collaborate with QA to support supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, and supplier management.
• Establish supplier performance metrics, governance, and business continuity plans.
