Job summary

Latigo Biotherapeutics is seeking a Manager of Program Management to serve as the operational backbone of the acute pain program as the asset advances toward NDA submission and U.S. launch.

You will oversee cross‑functional program plans, coordinating regulatory, nonclinical, clinical, CMC/supply, quality, and commercial workstreams to keep the path to filing on track. The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree and at least six years in biotech/pharma with three years in drug development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum six years in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare field with at least three years in drug development project management.
• Solid understanding of drug development and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for integrated program plan and timelines across regulatory, nonclinical, clinical, CMC/supply, quality, and commercial workstreams.
• Drive decision-making and coordinate with the team to identify and resolve program or resource issues.
• Develop strategy with program teams and identify key program goals.
• Monitor and manage progress, schedules and resources to meet goals.
• Ensure plans are current and aligned with strategic shifts.
• Evaluate risks and ensure integration into program plans for monitoring deliverables.
