Job summary

Cytiva’s internship program offers a unique entry into product management and marketing within the HyClone portfolio, at our Cell Culture Product Management team in Logan, Utah. The role partners with senior managers to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of biotechnology, business strategy, digital marketing, and customer experience.

Throughout the summer you will contribute to high-impact projects, learn market analysis and ecommerce optimization, and apply AI-powered marketing tools

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Economics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to solve problems.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and marketing leaders on strategic initiatives that support growth of the HyClone™ portfolio.
• Improve customer experience across ecommerce and digital platforms through content optimization and customer journey enhancements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging industry trends and customer needs.
• Develop customer-facing marketing content, product literature, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze website, customer, and business performance data to generate actionable recommendations.
• Explore and apply AI-enabled marketing and business tools to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, R&D, and Customer Service.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
