A leading recruiting firm is seeking an IP Life Science Transactions Associate for its offices in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in IP and life sciences transactions, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work cooperatively in a team-focused environment. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $310k. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and should have or be eligible for state bar admission.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in IP and life sciences transactions.
• Ability to draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités
