Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a junior associate with 3–6 years of patent prosecution experience to join its Intellectual Property Department in Denver, Colorado. A background in molecular biology, immunology, immuno-oncology, genetics, or agricultural biotechnology is preferred.

You will prepare and prosecute applications, collaborate on strategy, and engage with clients on patent matters in a collegial, mentorship-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of patent prosecution experience, including as a patent agent or technology specialist.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in a relevant scientific field preferred.
