Job summary

Zoetis Lincoln plant is seeking a Bio Packaging Technician for 3rd shift to operate packaging lines and maintain accurate documentation. This role requires teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and careful observation for anomalies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic mechanical skills, and familiarity with reading procedures. Specialized training or tech certs, plus experience with vision systems or robotics, are beneficial.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
• Language skills - able to read and interpret procedures.
• Math Skills - ability to apply general math skills.
• Has a basic understanding of mechanical skills and has used various hand tools.
• Meets the physical requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Record keeping & documentation of timecards, batch records, and logbooks.
• Operate packaging equipment, e.g., PLC controlled lines and vision systems.
• Clean production equipment and facilities; set up/disassemble equipment.
• Use material handling devices and perform process calculations.
• Follow SOPs/cGMPs and proper housekeeping and dress policies.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout/tag-out and MSDS interpretation.
• Identify out-of-spec material and know when to stop the process.
• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisor; maintain process flow.
