You will support consulting engagements in biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing, participating in software development life cycle activities, including requirements gathering, coding, validation, and testing. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to collaborate with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the software development life cycle and its phases (requirements, coding, validation, testing).
• Experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Systems is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Consult on MES implementations and work with project teams across software development life cycle.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress.
• Participate in development or validation activities for OpsTrakker mobile app when not at a client site.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 30–65%).
