Job summary

Replimune is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the Framingham, MA facility to operate, set up, changeover and clean equipment in a cGMP environment.

This 2nd shift role supports production processes and ensures safety, quality, and accurate documentation, with on-site expectations typical.

Base pay ranges from $66,000 to $85,500, with annual incentive bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k match and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED with 1–2 years cGMP experience, or biotech certificate/associates/bachelor’s with 0 years.
• Demonstrated basic math skills and good communication.
• Ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up automated and manual equipment per SOPs.
• Document production activities in batch records and logs.
• Follow instructions from the manager and lead.
• Visually inspect drug product vials for quality.
• Package drug product vials for distribution to clinical sites.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Identify process deviations and report to management.
