Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/GED + 4 years manufacturing or regulated environment experience.
• Associate’s Degree + 2 years manufacturing or regulated environment experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree + 6 months manufacturing or regulated environment experience.
• Master's Degree allowed with any level of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support facility expansion startup and readiness activities.
• Perform hands‑on setup, cleaning, and operation of equipment.
• Execute procedures and process walkthroughs for readiness.
• Participate in commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.
• Provide operational feedback to ensure safe, compliant manufacturing.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, Facilities & Engineering, PPIC, and others.
