Job summary

Legend Biotech USA Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate for the Manufacturing & Supply team in Raritan, NJ.

The role focuses on executing CGMP manufacturing procedures, including autologous CAR‑T product production, while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. You will work in a cross-functional team to perform cell culture, purification, aseptic processing, and documentation, supporting continuous improvement and on-time production.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required with 3–5 years Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience or equivalent industry experience.
• Associates Degree in Life Sciences or Manufacturing with 2–3 years related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences with 0–2 years Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing procedures and scheduled tasks within a CGMP environment.
• Execute manufacturing processes including cell culture, purification, aseptic processing and cryopreservation.
• Record production data accurately in GMP documentation and batch records.
• Work in a team-based, cross-functional environment to meet shift production goals.
• Support process development and drive continuous improvements in manufacturing operations.
• Handle human-derived materials in containment areas and ensure safety and compliance.
