EmeraNova is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to act as the engineering point of contact on the production floor, resolving equipment and process issues and driving yield and throughput improvements. This hands-on role collaborates with Quality, R&D, Facilities, and Supply Chain to maintain production capability and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in manufacturing engineering within regulated environments, with experience in validation protocols, change control, and data-driven

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, Manufacturing, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience authoring validation protocols and working within change control.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the engineering resource for assigned production lines and processes.
• Troubleshoot excursions, yield loss, and quality escapes using root-cause analysis.
• Own manufacturing documentation and maintain ERP data for products.
• Lead improvement projects to reduce cost, scrap, and downtime.
• Support line extensions, NPIs, and product changes from development to production.
