Amgen is hiring for an Associate Manufacturing role at the Thousand Oaks site. You will support development, clinical, and launch activities in a dynamic production environment, performing hands-on manufacturing operations and contributing to continuous improvement.

The position requires a high school diploma or higher with relevant manufacturing experience, or a degree in science/engineering, and the ability to work onsite in a clean room. Training and safety are emphasized.

Formación

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years manufacturing experience, or an Associate degree with 6 months experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to work onsite in a clean room environment with GMP-compliant procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and monitor critical manufacturing processes.
• Execute routine validation protocols.
• Comply with GMP requirements and safety expectations.
• Draft and revise MPs, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Initiate and own quality records including CAPA.
• Direct operators on critical processes and train staff.
• Identify improvements and implement approved changes.
