Job summary

RemoteLeads seeks a US-based biotech investment analyst to create and critique rubrics for evaluating drugs and development programs. You will assess mechanisms, clinical data, competitive positioning and value drivers across 5–10 companies.

This remote role is part-time for a 10–20 hour pilot over 1–2 weeks, with compensation of $120–$200 per hour and potential for recurring work as the engagement scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years evaluating biotech or pharmaceutical companies or assets.
• Familiarity with biotech and pharma development programs.
• Ability to assess drug assets and the companies behind them end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Create and critique rubrics for evaluating commercial drugs and drug-development programs.
• Assess companies and assets across mechanism, clinical data, competitive position, and value drivers.
• Evaluate investment-style theses and identify weak, overconfident, or missing assumptions.
• Apply the evaluation framework across approximately 5–10 companies.
• Support expert AI evaluation of drugs and drug-development programs.
