Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Mechanical experience with repair of moving components and building systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and wiring.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, facilities, and equipment including boilers, compressors, HVAC, pumps, and electrical systems.
• Inspect building and grounds and life safety systems; improve reliability and uptime through maintenance program improvements.
• Schedule and supervise external service vendors and manage spare parts inventory.
