The position is hybrid, collaborating with the National Science & Technology team to accelerate scientific breakthroughs while ensuring regulatory alignment

Qualifications

• Experience leading life sciences facility design teams.
• Deep knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA).
• Proven track record in business development and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strategic planning and market growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the practice's strategic plan for life sciences design.
• Oversee design execution for biotech facilities with GMP/regulatory compliance.
• Lead business development and client engagement to grow market share.
• Mentor and develop design teams across architecture, engineering, and process disciplines.
• Promote innovation, sustainability, and digital design tools.
