Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. in the United States seeks an EMPQ Validation Specialist to support environmental monitoring performance qualification activities in a biotechnology manufacturing facility.

You will work in the field, collaborating with QA, Microbiology, and Manufacturing to execute protocols and document results. The candidate should have a strong scientific foundation, 5+ years in GMP settings, and excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Biology.
• At least 5 years of experience in biotech/pharma GMP environments.
• Experience with environmental monitoring and cleanroom practices.
• Strong technical writing, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and execute EMPQ protocols and supporting documentation.
• Perform environmental sampling and document results in accordance with approved procedures.
• Review data, identify discrepancies, and support investigations and corrective actions.
• Work closely with Microbiology, Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to complete qualification activities.
• Maintain accurate records and follow GMP and site procedures.
