Maine Molecular Quality Controls, Inc. (MMQCI) is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Saco, ME. You will schedule, coordinate, and mentor the Customer Service team, ensuring accurate order processing and responsive customer support across phones and email.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, and QA/RA to resolve issues, improve processes, and uphold MMQCI’s quality management system. A strong communicative, detail-oriented leader is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or science with 4+ years in customer service, or AS with 5+ years in a professional setting.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a team lead or supervisor.
• Experience onboarding and training new employees.
• Strong communication and professional conduct in customer interactions.
• Familiarity with medical or clinical lab practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily Customer Service activities across orders, phones, emails, and shipping.
• Ensure workflows follow SOPs and maintain quality standards.
• Provide feedback on team performance to the Customer Service Manager.
• Oversee training program; assign trainers and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, and QA/RA teams on issues and improvements.
