Oruka Therapeutics Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Biostatistics to lead statistical leadership for multiple clinical programs from Phase I to IV.

You will design studies, develop SAPs, and guide reporting and interpretation of results in a fast-paced biotech setting. The role requires strong expertise in biostatistics, trial design, and statistical programming (SAS, R), with the ability to manage CRO vendors and work across functions.

Qualificações

• PhD in Biostatistics or related field with 5+ years in clinical trials (or a Master with 8+ years).
• Expertise in trial design, sample size, modeling, and analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide independent statistical judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead statistical design for assigned programs and provide input on study design and SAPs.
• Oversee timelines and deliverables for biostatistics across projects.
• Prepare and review statistical sections of protocols and reports with independence.
• Coordinate data management and programming deliverables to align with analysis plans.
• Oversee CRO biostatistics vendors and ensure timely, quality outputs.
