This 9-month tenure-track position involves teaching graduate biostatistics and statistics courses, mentoring doctoral students, and building an externally funded research program in health sciences.

Qualifications

PhD or doctoral degree completed prior to start date.
Teaching at university level or potential to teach undergraduate/graduate courses in statistics/biostatistics.
Evidence of biostatistical or quantitative methods research in health science contexts.
Ability to mentor graduate students and contribute to doctoral education.
Demonstrated collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Teach graduate courses in biostatistics, statistics, and quantitative methods with applications to health sciences.
Design and deliver new advanced biostatistics coursework for departmental needs.
Develop an externally funded research program using quantitative methods.
Mentor MS and PhD students and chair advisory committees.
Collaborate on health-science research projects and contribute statistical expertise.
