Job summary

Pacira BioSciences, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Biostatistics to lead statistical activities across clinical development programs, ensuring high-quality deliverables and regulatory-ready analyses.

The role collaborates with statisticians, programmers, clinical teams, and CRO partners to support trials from design through reporting. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in statistics/biostatistics, at least 2 years in biotech/pharma, and strong SAS programming experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in statistics/biostatistics from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of biotech/pharmaceuticals industry experience or related field.
• Experience in design, analysis, and reporting of randomized controlled trials.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical leadership for one or more clinical development programs.
• Manage statistical responsibilities from program development through CSR creation and publication.
• Serve as primary statistical point of contact for assigned programs and studies.
• Contribute to protocol development and study design.
• Perform sample size calculations.
• Develop/review statistical analysis plans.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional teams including CROs and vendors.
