Job summary

SystImmune is seeking an early-career Biostatistician to support Phase 1–3 clinical trial programs. The role is full-time, onsite in Princeton, NJ or Bothell, WA, and emphasizes collaboration with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a PhD in Biostatistics or related field, 1+ year industry biostatistics experience, and proficiency in R or SAS. Mandarin-English bilingualism is required to navigate international collaborations. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 1 year of industry biostatistics experience in pharma/biotech/CRO settings.
• Hands-on experience supporting clinical trials (any phase).
• Proficiency in R and/or SAS.
• Understanding of clinical trial design, endpoints, and regulatory expectations.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Support statistical activities for clinical trials across Phase 1 to Phase 3 studies.
• Develop statistical analysis plan.
• Contribute to study design, including sample size estimation and statistical methodology.
• Collaborate with clinical, data management, and programming teams to ensure data integrity and analysis accuracy.
• Work with global teams, including close collaboration with colleagues in China.
• Assist in interpretation of statistical results and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
