Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Biospecimen Operations Manager to lead local lab data management, LLNR/LOINC processes, and data validation for multiple studies. You will coordinate with Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and study teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance with ICH/GCP, and timely delivery of LLNR datasets to databases.

This role emphasizes mentoring staff, designing training, and ensuring cross‑functional collaboration across the CDLS portfolio, with responsibilities for

Qualifications

• Experience with LLNR data in clinical trials.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory analytes and normal ranges.
• Experience in data management within a CRO or pharma environment.

Responsibilities

• Quality check LLNR/LOINC data in SNOW/CR.
• Coordinate with DM/CS teams on LLNR updates.
• Design and deliver training on LLNR/LOINC data management.
• Support QA reviews and issue resolution for data integrity.
