Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee utility plant operations, building systems, and distribution networks to ensure safe, reliable facility function.
• Inspect campus buildings, utility systems, and lab spaces; document conditions and estimate maintenance needs and costs.
• Design and review mechanical, electrical, and civil modifications in biosafety facilities.
• Develop and evaluate designs, drawings, specs, and project requirements for construction and renovation works.
• Develop the CPRP and estimate costs for capital projects over $25K.
• Prepare project estimates, procurement docs, and manage COR duties for contracts.
