Job summary

Weil Group, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Operations specialist to support GMP production, non-conformances, process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions in a bioprocessing environment.

Acting as a primary production process owner for select systems, you will drive process ownership responsibilities, generate training materials, and collaborate with manufacturing, process development, and quality teams to ensure compliant and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of bioprocessing unit operations and GMP manufacturing.
• Experience generating and approving manufacturing procedures and document ownership.
• Ability to assess process performance from floor observations and data.
• Experience with non-conformances, CAPA, and regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, revise, and approve manufacturing procedures; serve as document owner.
• Assess process performance and implement improvements.
• Provide troubleshooting support for manufacturing processes.
• Assist in creating training materials and deliver training on technical aspects.
