Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentations and workshops.
• Able to juggle priorities to meet deadlines with high quality outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across the organization to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of pharma/healthcare trends is desirable but not required.
• Consulting methodologies and tools knowledge is desirable, not critical.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and deliver medium-sized consulting projects or components of larger ones.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and analyze findings to identify key learnings.
• Create sections of reports, presentations and client workshops, under guidance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
• Assist with business development and proposals.
• Manage and develop junior staff and project teams.
