Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel per site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, access concerns, and other critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, parking areas, and access points.
• Monitor restricted areas, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs and reports.
• Communicate observations to site contacts and leadership or emergency responders as needed.
