Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer II to support manufacturing operations, optimize existing processes, and facilitate the transfer of new products from R&D to production. The role requires hands-on engineering in a biopharmaceutical setting and coordination across development and manufacturing teams.

The candidate will act as SME for processes, drive improvements, develop SOPs and validation docs, and collaborate with Manufacturing and R&D to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• 3–8 years of manufacturing or product development experience.
• Strong problem-solving and project execution skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with technology transfers and lab/process-scale equipment preferred.
• Able to work cross-functionally in cleanroom and lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for existing and new manufacturing processes.
• Support transfers from development to manufacturing.
• Identify and implement process improvements and CAPA through root cause analysis.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, validation documentation, and reports.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and R&D to resolve process/quality issues.
• Lead process improvement projects and evaluate new technologies.
