Job summary

Jacobs Solutions Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for Life Sciences across Cary, NC; Cincinnati, OH; Conshohocken, PA; and Indianapolis, IN.

You will shape process design bases, develop options, and optimize designs for biopharma facilities, including MaB, Fill/Finish, and GMP utilities. The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing projects, GMP knowledge, and expertise with PFD/P&ID development and process software such as PipeFlo, AFT, and Aspen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering required or equivalent.
• 4+ years of manufacturing project experience in life sciences.
• Experience with GMP and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to develop PFDs and P&IDs and to prepare equipment bids.
• Knowledge of clean utilities, water for injection, steam, and process gases.

Responsibilities

• Establish process design basis and develop options for project optimization.
• Coordinate data collection and interfacing with I&C, electrical and HVAC teams.
• Develop process flow sheets and perform data analysis for design decisions.
• Ensure schedule adherence and maintain technical quality across project tasks.
