This role designs, executes, and interprets scientific experiments to improve processes, with cross-functional collaboration and a fast-paced 24/7 setting. Hybrid work schedule preferred; 4-month contract. Strong data analysis skills required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in biopharmaceutical processes and aseptic filling.
• Experience with process monitoring, data trending, and statistics.
• Ability to design and interpret scientific experiments under cGMP.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, evaluate, and interpret experiments to support process development initiatives.
• Develop experimental strategies and provide technical recommendations for robust data.
• Ensure studies comply with approved protocols, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze data to assess project impact and support decision-making.
• Support deviations, investigations, root cause analysis, and product impact assessments.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and technical operations.
