Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Material Handler in Seattle, WA to support the lab warehouse operations. The role involves receiving, storing, and dispatching materials, while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to internal laboratories.

You will work with SAP EWM and coordinate with researchers and cross-functional teams to meet material requests. The position requires 1–3 years of material handling experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1–3 years material handling experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP EWM inventory/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and deliver products with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Support lab staff with material needs and inquiries.
• Perform inventory control activities including cycle counts, stocking, and scrapping.
• Manage material expiry, allocation, and storage requirements.
• Escort and assist delivery personnel for unloading and loading of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete warehousing tasks.
• Handle time and temperature sensitive materials to ensure correct delivery to storage locations.
• Build effective relationships across departments to support intracompany requests.
