Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
- 6+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- 5+ years in lean deployment and coaching, preferably in biotech/pharma.
- Biopharma manufacturing, GMP compliance and statistical analysis experience is advantageous.
