Job summary

Eurofins Viracor BioPharma is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth across the West Coast territory, recruiting regional biopharma clients and expanding revenue for Clinical Trials Solutions. The role is based in Lenexa, KS with remote support for the Mid-Atlantic/East Coast.

You will lead regional BD activities, articulate scientific value, deliver client presentations, and guide collaborations with R&D and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Development experience preferred.
• 5+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotech fields.
• Ability to communicate technical material effectively.
• Ability to influence leadership and others.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional BioPharma Business Development activities (Biomarkers, Vaccines, regulated and non- regulated Bioanalysis).
• Proficient in D365 utilization and documenting activities.
• Identify key accounts in territory and develop new business.
• Travel up to 30% within territory.
• Meet or exceed annual new contracts quotas.
• Present Statements of Work (SOWs) with R&D and project teams.
• Maintain Salesforce records and internal communications.
