Job summary

MMR Consulting is seeking a C&Q Manager to lead commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for upstream bioprocess equipment in the biopharmaceutical industry. You will oversee teams of engineers, coordinate cross-functional reviews, and ensure delivery on qualification plans and GMP compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years in commissioning/validation within pharma/biotech, strong English written and spoken communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in commissioning, qualification or validation in pharma/biotech.
• Knowledge of cGMP operations, SOPs, Change Controls, Validation.
• Experience with validation projects and risk-based commissioning/qualification approaches.
• Experience with biotech process equipment & systems (upstream bioprocess equipment).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Science degree or related discipline with industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance into commissioning, qualification and start-up of life science manufacturing equipment.
• Lead development of qualification deliverables during the project lifecycle.
• Lead qualification processes (VPP, RTM, IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to drive project progress.
• Visit construction/installation sites following safety requirements.
