Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Foundational programming skills in at least one modern language (C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OO design.
• Familiarity with Git and basic SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
• Coursework or projects with React and/or Angular.
• Exposure to REST APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), Docker, CI/CD concepts.
• Prior internship, co-op, hackathon, or open-source involvement.
• Interest in identity, biometrics, security, or public-sector tech.
• Utilization of AI tools like Claude, Codex, AWS Kiro.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and testing client and web applications and backend services under guidance of senior engineers.
• Write, debug, and document code in C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Angular.
• Support APIs and services for real-time identity workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
• Help improve system reliability, test coverage, and observability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerized development environments.
• Complete a scoped intern project and present outcomes.
