Job summary

Invictus International is seeking a Biometrics Analyst in Washington, DC to perform analytic production across multiple biometric modalities. You will fuse identity attributes and assess threat networks, integrating biographical, behavioral, and contextual data to inform decision making.

Candidates should hold a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility and have four years of All Source/CI/HUMINT/SIGINT or Open Source experience. Prior work with DOMEX, CELLEX, and DOCEX is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in All Source, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT or Open Source disciplines.
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
• Experience with exploitation disciplines such as DOMEX, CELLEX, DOCEX.
• Experience with identity intelligence and biometric domains.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities to include fingerprints, DNA, iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavior for identifying and tracking persons and networks.
• Fuses identity attributes to include biographical, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent and potential courses of action.
• Analyzes friendly and adversary biometric systems to understand their capabilities, vulnerabilities, and to inform the U.S. Defense Acquisition Community.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities to include, but not limited to, fingerprints, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavior for the purpose of identifying and tracking persons and networks.
• Fuse's identity attributes to include, but not limited to, biographical, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent and potential courses of action.

Requirements
