The position is an independent contractor (1099) with potential to convert to a W2 per diem employee after meeting criteria, requiring travel and flexible scheduling for events across North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred (1+ year) in a professional setting.
• Must comply with HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric screenings at client sites including finger stick blood collection and BMI, blood pressure, and other health screening services.
• Carry out basic waived testing procedures and ensure quality control.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to safety policies, protect privacy, and comply with HIPAA/OSHA requirements.
• Travel to client sites as required and participate in training programs.
