Job summary

TRIMEDX in Virginia is seeking an experienced biomedical equipment specialist who will own highly complex equipment, drive uptime and safety, and advise clinicians on equipment use and strategy.

You will lead projects and mentor technicians while collaborating with clinical leadership. A strong background in diagnostics, networking, and hardware repair is required; an Associate degree in electronics is mandatory, Bachelor's degree preferred, CBET certification optional, and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering setting (required)
  • Strong expertise in complex systems, diagnostics, networking, and hardware repair
  • Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred); CBET certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed

What You’ll Need

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $28.40-$46.60 for this opportunity. This is the reasonable estimate that TRIMEDX believes it might pay for this particular job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. TRIMEDX may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
