Job summary

TriMedx, LLC is seeking a Biomedical Technician III in Matthews, NC. You will own highly complex biomedical equipment, drive uptime and safety, and advise clinicians and leadership on equipment use and strategy.

The role requires 5+ years of biomed equipment experience, strong diagnostics and networking skills, and a track record of leading projects and mentoring technicians. Association degree required; bachelor’s and CBET preferred; travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering setting.
• Strong expertise in complex systems, diagnostics, networking and hardware repair.
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CBET certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of highly complex equipment—driving uptime, safety and performance.
• Solve advanced technical issues from system diagnostics to networked devices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians and leadership on equipment use and strategy.
• Lead projects and mentor technicians, raising the capability of the entire team.
