Job summary

XOtech, LLC seeks an Electronics Technician (BIO-MED I) in Ogden, UT to perform routine maintenance, repair, and safety testing on biomedical electronics under supervision. You will use DMMs, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment to verify performance and maintain records.

Immediate start date with a focus on following detailed instructions, maintaining documentation, and coordinating outside repairs when needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a DoD or civilian biomedical technician program.
• Knowledge of schematics; able to perform maintenance and safety testing.
• Maintain records, write reports, and coordinate outside repairs if needed.

Education & Experience:

Must be graduated from a DoD or civilian biomedical technician school. Shall have knowledge of schematics and have the ability to work under supervision on repairs, safety testing and provide preventative maintenance. Be able to maintain records, write reports, and coordinate outside repairs if needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Electronics Technician Maintenance I applies basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions, performs such tasks as replacing components, wiring circuits, repairing simple electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes. This person works under close supervision receiving technical guidance from supervisor or higher-level technician. Work is checked frequently for accuracy.
