Trimedx is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician in Metairie, LA to repair, calibrate, and verify medical devices, ensuring readiness for clinicians. You will respond to service requests, support clinical staff, and keep equipment data accurate and audit-ready.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent required or TRIMEDX certification preferred.
• 2+ years of biomedical equipment experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Required Experience & Education

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• A 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience or TRIMEDX Trained Certification/biomedical certification program.
• At least 3 months working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment preferred.
