Job summary

Trimedx in Chicago, IL is seeking hands-on biomedical technicians who care about patient outcomes and precision in every reading, with a commitment to service excellence and teamwork. You will repair, calibrate, verify devices, respond to service requests, and maintain an audit-ready equipment database that clinicians nationwide rely on for accurate readings and safe care.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• A 2-year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience or TRIMEDX Trained Certification/biomedical certification program.
• At least 3 months working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment preferred.

• Ensure critical medical equipment is safe, accurate, and ready when clinicians need it.
• Repair, calibrate, and verify devices so hospitals can trust every reading and result.

Required Experience & Education

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• A 2‑year technical/electronics degree or equivalent experience or TRIMEDX Trained Certification/biomedical certification program.
• At least 3 months working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment preferred.

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $22-$25 for this opportunity. This is the reasonable estimate that TRIMEDX believes it might pay for this particular job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. TRIMEDX may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
